Automotive

Harold E. LeMay Museum:  Tacoma, Washington
Conducted feasibility studies for this automotive museum, which included visitor projections and operating pro formas. The LeMay automobile collection is the largest in the world.  This museum, to be located in downtown Tacoma, highlights the history and innovations of the automobile industry.


Motor Cities National Heritage Area General Management Plan:  Detroit, Michigan
Assisted the project team in preparing the management plan for this national heritage area located in southeastern Michigan and including Detroit, Lansing, Jackson and Flint.  This plan was the recipient of awards from the Michigan Society of Planning and Michigan Historic Preservation Network.


NASCAR Hall of Fame:  Kansas City, Missouri
Reviewed the attendance projections prepared for a proposed NASCAR Hall of Fame to be located in Kansas City.  We provided ongoing advice to the project proponent during the location selection process.
