Research Associate
We are seeking an entry level Research Associate who is an analytical, self-motivated professional with excellent writing and communication skills to join our team. Research Associates work directly with senior professionals in teams for fast-paced, interesting and varied consulting assignments. Occasional travel to project sites is likely. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, city planning, tourism, museum studies, or other relevant course of study. The ideal candidate for a Research Associate position will be an adaptable quick learner with an interest in the museum field and/or urban development planning. Quantitative and qualitative research skills are a must. Prior relevant work experience, foreign language, proposal writing, graphic design and Geographic Information Systems skills are desirable. Ability to work independently in a team environment is essential. Day-to-day tasks range from project to project, and often include:
• market analysis
• web research
• interviews and case studies
• economic modeling
• report section preparation
Research Associates are encouraged to expand their skills and market knowledge and take on increasing levels of responsibility in our consulting assignments.
